Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how The Metabolic Blueprint collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use this website, complete the Metabolic Diagnostic, purchase a digital product, receive a Blueprint or report, submit a contact form, or otherwise interact with us online.

Information you provide

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, age, sex, primary goal, Diagnostic answers, open-ended responses, wellness and health-context information, paid-intake answers, dietary preferences or restrictions, training capacity, weight if you choose to provide it, and other information you submit to personalize your educational results. Contact-form submissions may include your name, email, optional phone number, and message.

Purchases and payment information

When you purchase a product, payment is processed by Stripe. We may receive and store transaction details such as your email, the product purchased, amount, payment status, and transaction or checkout identifiers needed to confirm access and provide support. Stripe handles payment-card information directly; The Metabolic Blueprint does not receive or store your full card number.

Technical and local-storage information

Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, request logs, and timestamps as part of operating and securing the site. The site also uses browser local storage for certain results and session-related information so your report or flow can remain available in your browser.

How we use information

We use information to operate the website, score and deliver the Diagnostic, generate and provide reports or purchased Blueprints, personalize educational guidance, process purchases and access, send transactional emails, respond to messages and support requests, protect the site from abuse, troubleshoot problems, improve the customer experience, maintain business records, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Service providers

We use third-party service providers to operate the business. These currently include Supabase for database storage and access controls, Vercel for website hosting and infrastructure, Resend for email delivery, and Stripe for payment processing. If you choose to book a call, scheduling information may also be processed by Calendly. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Health and wellness information

Diagnostic and Blueprint responses can include information that is health-related or sensitive. We use that information to provide the educational assessment and Blueprint experience you requested. We do not sell your Diagnostic answers or health-related responses, and we do not use the substance of those answers to create personalized advertising audiences. We do not intentionally send your Diagnostic answers, health-context responses, or generated Blueprint content to advertising platforms for ad targeting.

Advertising, analytics, cookies, and similar technologies

We may use analytics or advertising services, including Google Ads, Meta advertising tools, or similar services, to understand general site activity, measure advertising performance, and reach people who have interacted with our website. When enabled, those providers may use cookies, pixels, device identifiers, IP addresses, or similar technologies and may show ads based on prior visits to our site. Where required by law or platform policy, we will request consent before optional advertising or analytics technologies are used.

You can manage Google advertising personalization through Google Ads Settings and manage Meta advertising preferences through Meta Ad Preferences. You can also use browser settings to limit or delete cookies.

Email communications

We may send transactional messages needed to deliver a report, purchase, access link, receipt-related information, or requested support. If we send optional marketing email, you can unsubscribe using the method provided in that message or contact us directly.

Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, preserve customer access, maintain appropriate business and transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods can differ by type of information. You may request deletion of personal information by emailing Luke@TheMetabolicBlueprint.com. We may retain information that we are legally required or reasonably permitted to keep, including transaction records and records needed to protect legal rights.

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to or limit certain uses. You may also withdraw from optional marketing communications. To make a request, email Luke@TheMetabolicBlueprint.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the services we operate, including access controls and secure third-party infrastructure. No internet service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

HIPAA

The Metabolic Blueprint is an educational wellness and coaching service, not a medical provider. This website and the Metabolic Diagnostic are not represented as a HIPAA-regulated patient portal or electronic medical-record system.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our products, technology providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with its updated date.
