What we collect
When you take the Metabolic Diagnostic, we collect the information you provide: your name, email, phone, age, sex, primary goal, and your answers to the assessment questions, including open-ended responses. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, and your message.
Where it goes
Diagnostic submissions are stored in a Supabase database that only the site's server can access; there is no public access to this data. Your results are also saved in your browser's local storage so your report is available if you return to the site. Both diagnostic submissions and contact-form messages are emailed to The Metabolic Blueprint via Resend, our email delivery provider, so Luke can review and follow up.
Who sees it
Your information is used by The Metabolic Blueprint to send your report, respond to your message, and consider follow-up about coaching. It is not sold. It may be visible to third-party service providers that operate the underlying infrastructure (Supabase for storage, Resend for email delivery, Vercel for hosting), strictly to provide those services.
Retention and deletion
A specific retention or deletion policy has not yet been defined for diagnostic submissions or contact-form messages. This section will be updated once one is established. To request deletion of your information in the meantime, email Luke@TheMetabolicBlueprint.com.
HIPAA
This website and the Metabolic Diagnostic have not been established or represented as HIPAA compliant.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not currently install third-party analytics or advertising tracking scripts. If that changes, this policy and a consent mechanism will be updated accordingly.
