Using this site
These Terms apply to your use of The Metabolic Blueprint website, the Metabolic Diagnostic, digital reports and Blueprints, contact forms, and any other services or digital products we make available. By using the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site only for lawful, personal purposes.
Educational wellness services
The Metabolic Diagnostic and any Blueprint, report, target, food, movement, recovery, stress, or coaching guidance are educational and coaching-based. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and do not create a doctor-patient or other licensed clinical relationship. See our Health & Coaching Disclaimer for more detail.
Eligibility and responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether the information and suggestions provided are appropriate for you. If you are under 18, use the site with the involvement or permission of a parent or guardian where appropriate. If you have a diagnosed condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have concerns about changing nutrition, exercise, sleep, or lifestyle habits, consult an appropriately licensed professional first.
Purchases, payments, and delivery
Prices and what is included are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment processor identified at checkout. Paid digital products are delivered electronically, including through on-screen access, email, downloadable files, or private access links. Keep private access links secure and do not share them publicly. A purchase does not create a recurring charge unless a recurring subscription is clearly identified at checkout.
Refunds and billing issues
If you believe you were charged in error, were charged more than once, or cannot access a product you purchased, contact us so we can investigate and make it right. Other refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances and any rights provided by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Personal-use license and intellectual property
The website, Metabolic Diagnostic, questions, scoring approach, reports, Blueprints, written content, graphics, and downloadable materials are owned by or licensed to The Metabolic Blueprint. A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the delivered material for your own use. You may not reproduce, sell, publish, distribute, sublicense, scrape, reverse engineer, or use our materials to create a competing product without written permission.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee a particular health, fitness, weight, energy, financial, or other outcome. Results vary based on factors unique to each person, including consistency, health history, environment, and circumstances outside our control. Testimonials or examples, if shown, describe individual experiences and are not promises of typical results.
Third-party services
The site may rely on or link to third-party services such as Stripe, Calendly, email providers, hosting providers, and other technology services. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply when you use those services. We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party websites we do not control.
Availability and limitation of responsibility
We work to keep the site and purchased digital products available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Metabolic Blueprint is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on educational content. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the site, products, or applicable requirements change. The current version will be posted here with its updated date. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply to future use.
